POST-CARE
To ensure the best results from your treatments, adhere to your pre and post-care instructions provided. Following these guidelines is essential to avoid unnecessary rescheduling or deposit forfeiture.
-
Four Weeks Before Your Appointment
Avoid facial treatments, chemical peels, or intensive skin treatments around the brow area.
Discontinue the use of retinoids (Retin-A), Vitamin A, and other active skincare treatments near the treatment area.
Avoid Botox or injectable treatments around the brow area.
Two Weeks Before Your Appointment
Avoid tanning, excessive sun exposure, or arriving with a sunburned face.
Please reschedule your appointment if you are feeling unwell or have a compromised immune system.
One Week Before Your Appointment
Do not wax, tweeze, thread, or perform electrolysis on your brows.
Avoid eyebrow tinting or other brow treatments.
Avoid supplements that may thin the blood, such as fish oil and Vitamin E.
24–48 Hours Before Your Appointment
Avoid alcohol consumption.
Avoid activities or products that may increase sensitivity or irritation to the skin.
Day of Your Appointment
Arrive with clean skin and no makeup on the brow area.
Avoid strenuous exercise before your appointment.
Avoid caffeine before your service.
Avoid taking aspirin or ibuprofen for discomfort, as these may increase bleeding.
Following these guidelines helps create the ideal canvas for your brows and supports optimal healing.
-
Immediately After Your Appointment
During the first few hours following your treatment, your brows may release a small amount of lymph fluid. Using a clean tissue, gently blot the area every few minutes until the excess fluid stops. This helps prevent fluid from drying and forming a heavier layer during healing.
Days 1–7: Cleanse & Moisturize
The first week is an important part of the healing process. Keeping the area clean and lightly moisturized will help support proper healing.
Cleansing:
Gently cleanse your brows morning and night using a mild, fragrance-free cleanser.
With clean fingertips, lightly massage the brow area for approximately 10 seconds.
Rinse with clean water and gently pat dry using a clean tissue.
Avoid products other than provided aftercare near the treated area.
Moisturizing:
Apply a very small amount of recommended aftercare ointment (approximately the size of a grain of rice) using a clean cotton swab.
The product should be applied in a thin, barely visible layer.
Avoid applying ointment to damp or wet skin, and do not over-moisturize, as excessive product can interfere with the healing process.
Healing Reminders
Sleep on a clean pillowcase during the healing period.
Allow any dryness, flaking, or scabbing to naturally shed. Picking or scratching can affect healed results and may lead to uneven pigment retention.
Avoid facials, Botox, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, or advanced skincare treatments for a minimum of 4 weeks following your appointment.
Avoid intense exercise, excessive sweating, saunas, and steam exposure for the first 7–10 days.
Avoid swimming, hot tubs, lakes, and prolonged water exposure for the first 10 days.
Keep your brows protected from direct sun exposure and tanning for at least 4 weeks. Wearing a hat when outdoors is recommended.
Avoid applying makeup, sunscreen, or skincare products directly onto the treated area until fully healed.
Avoid rubbing, touching, or disturbing the brow area throughout the healing process.
Showering During the First 10 Days
To protect your brows while they heal:
Keep showers brief and avoid excessive steam.
Allow water to run over your face only at the end of your shower.
Avoid direct water pressure and hot water on the treated area.
Gently pat the area dry if it becomes wet.
Healing is a process, and your brows will continue to soften and settle over the following weeks. Following these instructions will help support the best possible healed results.
